As a yoga student and certified instructor specializing in restorative yoga, my work is rooted in one belief: your body already knows how to heal—when it is given the space to rest.
This is not about pushing or performing. It is about listening, softening, and allowing.
Here, you are supported as you move through life’s transitions—gently, and in your own time.
